Simple salsa recipe with a dill pickle twist.
Ingredients
- 4 Vine Ripe Tomatoes, Diced
- ½ Red Onion, Diced
- 2 Jalapenos, Finely Diced
- 1 Dil Pickle, Diced
- 2 Limes, Juiced
- 3 Tablespoons Minced Cilantro, More If Desired
- ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
Preparation
Combine tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, dill pickle and lime juice in a bowl.
Add cilantro and salt, mixing to combine all the ingredients. Then refrigerate for about 1 hour to combine all the flavors before serving.
