Ingredients
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 slices Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 pinch Sea Salt And Pepper
Preparation
1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil. Add 2 eggs, close the lid and remove from heat. Cook until desired consistency, about 3 minutes. Repeat. Transfer to a cold bowl of water and immediately peel and serve.
2. Meanwhile, toast 2 slices of bread and butter. Cut into thick slices, a.k.a. soldiers.
3. Season and serve. Serves 2.
