Turn taco night into a quick and easy casserole with layers of your favorite chips. It is time to redefine the casserole, and make it something people want to eat!
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- ½ cups Water
- ¼ cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup Salsa
- ½ bags (16 Oz. Size) Cool Ranch Doritos
- 1-½ cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- Desired Toppings, Such As Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado, Black Olives
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large skillet, brown ground meat. Add onions and corn, cooking until the onions are tender.
Add taco seasoning and water; mix until well combined. Remove from heat. Mix in sour cream and salsa.
Using a 2-quart baking dish, layer a few handfuls of Doritos, slightly crushed, to the bottom. Spoon half of the meat mixture over the top, sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Bake for 20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Top with desired toppings to serve.
