An unusual combination that is healthy, quenching and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 4 leaves Basil
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Dragon Fruit Pulp
  • ⅓ cups Pinneaple Chunks
  • 1 whole Star Fruit (optional)
  • 1 whole Banana

Preparation

In a blender, add spinach, basil and coconut water. Blend until leaves have been liquefied. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. Add more coconut water if you want a thinner consistency. Serve and enjoy.
