Description
This waffle, along with a bottomless cup of coffee (perhaps with some Frangelico in it) sets my soul on fire. I ate about eleventy billion of these when I was pregnant.
Ingredients
- 4 whole Frozen Belgian Waffle
- 1 can (21 Oz. Can) Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Bourbon (or Vanilla Extract)
Preparation
Toast waffle to desired toastiness. Open pie filling, spoon equal amounts onto each waffle. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream and bourbon together until peaks form. Top each waffle with equal amounts of whipped cream.
