Roasted pears cooked in date nectar on a bed of vanilla ice cream An excellent dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- ½ cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 2 whole Pears, Quartered
- 2 sticks (5g Size) D’Vash Nectar
- 4 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream, To Serve
Preparation
This recipe could not be any easier to make, and it is a perfect dessert.
Start by heating a medium skillet on medium heat. Add sugar, water, butter, and let butter melt. Next add pears and date nectar. Give a gentle toss, and continue to cook for about 10–15 minutes or until pears soften and mixture becomes a thick syrup.
When you are ready to serve, scoop some vanilla ice cream into a serving bowl. Ladle in some pears and the sweet syrup. Dig in.
