With just 5 main ingredients (not including oil, salt, and pepper), this is a simple and easy weeknight favorite.
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar (or Balsamic)
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, Divided
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 8 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
Preparation
In a bowl, place all ingredients except chicken and 1 tablespoon brown sugar (reserve for topping) and whisk. Put marinade in a resealable bag with chicken drumsticks and marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Remove chicken from marinade and sprinkle with reserved 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Bake for 30 minutes or until done. Flip and cook on low broil for 5–10 minutes just to brown the tops. Watch carefully.
