Description
Very easy Oreo balls covered with white chocolate, perfect for any occasion! No baking, minimal measuring, no complicated techniques, and no cooking skills required. Only needs 3 ingredients: Oreo biscuits (kids’ favorite), white chocolate (my favorite), and condensed milk.
Ingredients
- 1 package (about 14 Oz. Size) Oreo Biscuits
- 4 Tablespoons Condensed Milk
- 8 ounces, weight White Chocolate
Preparation
Separate Oreo cookies and remove the cream between the biscuits. Crush biscuits coarsely.
Transfer crushed Oreos to a bowl. Add condensed milk, just enough so that you can form balls with the mixture. Shape small balls and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate on the stovetop using the double boiler method.
After 10 minutes, take out balls from refrigerator. Take one ball and dip it into melted white chocolate. Use a spoon to remove the ball from the chocolate and place it onto a tray. Repeat with remaining Oreo balls.
Cool in the refrigerator for 5–10 minutes before serving.
