Use this versatile compote on almond-crusted French toast, Greek yogurt or homemade ice cream!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Berries (raspberry, Blackberry, Blueberry Or A Mixture Of All)
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- ¼ cups Water
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, coat berries with all ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat until liquid becomes shiny, about 10 minutes. Use right away, warm or refrigerate and enjoy for 1 week.
