Hashbrowns, bacon, and eggs in a single dish.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (about 40 Oz. Or 1kg Size) Hashbrowns
- ½ whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 pound Bacon, Fried And Crumbled
- 1-½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 whole Large Eggs
- 1-¼ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoons Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Dry Mustard
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
In a greased 9×13 pan, layer hashbrowns, onion, bacon, and cheese. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, milk, and seasonings. Pour over casserole.
Cover and bake 60 minutes. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes longer. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Alternative recipe: Make a half recipe in a cast iron skillet. Preheat the skillet and fry the hashbrowns and onion in a little oil. Assemble casserole, cover, and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer.
