Ingredients

  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage
  • ¼ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Whole Milk Or Half-and-Half
  • Kosher Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper To Taste

Preparation

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage. When sausage is completely cooked sprinkle the quarter cup of flour over the top and stir until completely absorbed.

Pour in the two cups of milk (or half-and-half) and stir. Increase the heat a little to bring to a small bubble. As it thickens, season with salt and pepper to taste. Once it’s thickened to your liking, you are ready to go.

Serve over warm biscuits!
