Easy Breakfast Smoothie

Description

This is a super fast, filling smoothie that I grab when I’m running late. So delicious and it gives you something to put in your stomach even when you have no time. Just throw it in a drink bottle or cup and go!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1-½ teaspoon Instant Coffee Powder (optional)
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Drinking Chocolate Powder (optional)
  • ¾ cups Milk

Preparation

The night before you want to make this, cut up the peeled banana and pop it in the freezer.

When the banana is frozen, put it in a blender or food processor and pulse until it gets broken up. Add whichever additions you want (coffee powder, drinking chocolate or peanut butter, or all!) and pulse again until it is incorporated.

Pour in the milk and blend until smooth. That’s it!

My favourite combination is coffee and chocolate powder. It’s so nice! Also good is peanut butter and chocolate powder.
