Description
A favorite cookie in our home! So easy to make with little clean up. These cookies will not disappoint!
Ingredients
- ½ cups Butter
- ½ cups Granulated Sugar
- ½ cups Brown Sugar (lightly Packed)
- ½ cups Milk
- 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- ⅓ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Preparation
In a medium pot over medium high heat, mix together butter, sugars, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring ingredients to a rolling boil. Allow to boil for at least 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Fold in oats.
Spoon heaping spoonfuls of mixture onto parchment paper or a cookie sheet. Put in freezer for 10 minutes, in refrigerator for 30 minutes, or on counter for 1 hour. Enjoy!
Note: More oats may be added if mixture appears too thin.
