Description

Easy Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops is one of those go-to recipes that is quick, easy and always a success! Perfect for a busy weeknight, these pork chops take under 30 minutes to make. And, for most of that time, they are simmering, covered. So, there’s nothing for you to do but make a side salad or set the table! Serve over rice, noodles or even mashed potatoes for a wonderful meal!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 4  Bone-in Pork Loin Chops
  • 1 can (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Minced Onion
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 cans (4 Oz. Size) Sliced Mushrooms, Drained

Preparation

Coat 12-inch nonstick skillet (with lid) with canola oil and heat over medium heat. Add pork chops and brown on both sides (about 8 minutes).

In a small bowl, stir together soup, milk, garlic, onion, black pepper and drained mushrooms. Pour over browned pork chops. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve over rice, noodles or even mashed potatoes for a wonderful meal!
