This recipe takes just 25 minutes to make. It’s vegetarian and perfect for breakfast, lunch or dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 Eggs
- ⅔ cups Plain Flour
- 1 Pinch Of Salt
- ¾ cups Buttermilk
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Honey
- ¾ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Heat oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
In a cast-iron skillet, add butter and place in the heated oven to melt.
Meanwhile, add eggs, flour, salt, buttermilk, honey, cinnamon and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
Once butter is melted, pour batter into the pan, and return to the oven. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until pancake is puffed and golden-brown on the sides.
Drizzle with extra honey or maple syrup and add toppings of choice.
