Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 4 Tablespoons Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Milk Of Your Choice
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla
- ¼ cups Oil Or Melted Butter
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil until blended. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture and whisk gently to incorporate. Don’t over-mix.
Cook pancakes over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
