Description
No more buying expensive granola at the store. This recipe is so easy. Put it on yogurt, top your favorite ice cream with it or eat it as a cereal.
Ingredients
- 6 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 cups Nuts ( I Use Almonds, Sunflower Seeds, And Walnuts)
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon, Or To Taste
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 cup Honey (I Use Local)
Preparation
This recipe makes A LOT of granola. You can cut it half if needed.
Heat oven to 350F.
Put all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add honey, mix well.
Spread on a large baking sheet.
Cook for 1 hour or until golden brown. Stir every 10 minutes.
