Description

This smoothie has 5 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to put together! It’s vegetarian and gluten-free!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 pound Frozen Mango Chunks
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • ½ cups Granulated Sugar

Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth! If you’re using a Vitamix, blend on the preset program “Frozen Desserts”.

Notes:
1. I thought this smoothie was perfectly sweet. If you’re concerned about the amount of sugar, however, maybe start with ¼ cup and go from there!
2. This smoothie is thick and that’s just how I like them. If you don’t have a really powerful blender, you may need to add some sort of liquid to help blending. Maybe milk? Or even orange juice? I can’t vouch for those results, so let me know if something works for you!
