Description

Mexican Hot Chocolate: the rich chocolate-cinnamon flavor combination is a true favorite of mine. If you’ve never had it, I urge you to give it a go.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 whole Disk (about 3 Oz. Size) Mexican Chocolate, Cut Into Chunks
  • Whipped Cream Or Marshmallows, For Garnish (optional)

Preparation

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, warm milk and chopped chocolate together, whisking constantly, until chocolate melts completely. Pour into mugs and, if desired, garnish with whipped cream or marshmallows. Enjoy.
