Ingredients
- ¼ cups Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a glass or jar and stir or shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight. Stir quickly in the morning, top with berries if desired, and enjoy!
