    This Easy Overnight Chia Seed Breakfast Pudding is full of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, fiber, antioxidants, protein and calcium. Flavored with maple syrup and a touch of vanilla, it’s breakfast that tastes like dessert!

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cups Chia Seeds
    • 1 cup Milk
    • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
    • ½ teaspoons Vanilla

    Preparation

    Combine all ingredients in a glass or jar and stir or shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight. Stir quickly in the morning, top with berries if desired, and enjoy!
