Description
Sometimes I just want something more interesting, something I have never tried. This burger can be enjoyed plain or on a whole grain bun. Personally, I don’t like fish sandwiches, so I had this with rice and vegetables.
Ingredients
- 550 grams Salmon Fillet
- 2 Tablespoons Red Curry Paste
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 bunches Chopped Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Put all ingredients (except oil) in a blender and blend until fully combined.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Form flat fish patties with the mixture and fry on both side for 4–5 minutes.
You can serve this as desired. I sliced a cucumber and carrot into strips and mixed the vegetables with rice vinegar and a pinch of sugar. I served the patties alongside the vegetables with Basmati rice and a squeeze of lemon juice.
