Ingredients
- 2 pounds Chicken Breasts
- 16 ounces, weight Salsa
- 15 ounces, weight Canned Corn, Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Southwest Seasoning
- 16 pieces Tortillas
- Avocado And Queso Fresco, To Serve (optional)
Preparation
Add chicken and salsa to slow cooker. Add corn and Southwest seasoning and stir to combine and pour over chicken. Cook on low 4–6 hours.
Serve on warm tortillas and top with avocado and queso fresco (optional). Enjoy!
