This easy smoky guacamole comes together so quickly using simple ingredients! It’s the perfect snack with crunchy tortilla chips to scoop it up.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Avocados
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Chunky Salsa
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
- ¼ teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- ¼ teaspoons Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
- Blue Corn Tortilla Chips, For Scooping
Preparation
Cut open avocados and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh right out of the skin into a large stone mortar that also has a pestle. Mash avocado with the pestle, then add lime juice, salsa, cilantro, smoked paprika and hickory smoked sea salt. Use the pestle to mash the mixture all together, then use a spoon to make sure it is all thoroughly mixed together.
Serve it immediately with tortilla chips for an amazing snack!
