Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Crusty Whole Grain Bread, Homemade Or Store Bought (to Serve 8)
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Shelled Edamame, Cooked And Smashed
  • 1 cup Peas, Cooked And Smashed
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 bunch Radishes, Sliced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 F.

Slice bread. Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and put them on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes until golden and toasted.

Mix together the edamame, peas, garlic, yogurt, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

Spread the mixture over the toasted bread and top with radish slices.
