Ingredients
- 1 pound Frozen Edamame
- 1 teaspoon Chili Oil
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Salt, Kosher
Preparation
Prepare the edamame according to package directions. Separate into 3 equal portions and prepare as follows.
To make it spicy: Drizzle one portion with chili oil and toss with red pepper flakes.
To make it sweet: Drizzle another portion with honey and a pinch of salt
To make it salty: Toss the final portion with butter and remaining salt
Serve warm and remember to only eat the bean inside the pod and discard the outer shell. Pulling it through your teeth is half the fun!
