    Description

    These egg, ham and cheese breakfast cups are the perfect way to start your day! They are delicious, low carb, keto friendly and a great addition to your meal prep!

    Ingredients

    • 12 slices Deli Ham
    • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    • 12 whole Large Eggs
    • Salt And Pepper
    • Sliced Green Onions, For Garnish

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

    In each muffin cup, place one slice of ham and a sprinkle of cheddar. Crack an egg on top of the cheese and season with salt and pepper.

    Bake in preheated oven for 12–15 minutes. If you prefer a runny yolk, cook for only about 12 minutes.

    Let cool and garnish with green onions
