Description

Eggels are quick and easy “to go” meals that are very tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Bagel, Sliced In Half
  • ½ Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 whole Egg
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Butter and toast bagel. When done toasting, sprinkle the bottom side with cheese.

While bagel is toasting, pour egg into a ramekin, about the size of the bagel and scramble. Microwave for one minute and 40 seconds; if egg isn’t done, microwave for 10 more seconds. Put salt and pepper on the egg and run a fork around the edge of the ramekin. Place egg on top of cheese, cover egg with the other half of the bagel. Slice in half and enjoy!
