Oven baked potato chips that taste like wonderful New York style bagels!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Large Baking Potato
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Or Canola Oil
- ¼ teaspoons Poppy Seeds
- ¼ teaspoons Sesame Seeds
- ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Granulated Garlic
- ¼ teaspoons Dried Onion Flakes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Slice potato thinly on a mandoline. Coat potato slices with oil and place on a baking sheet in an even layer. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle on potato slices.
Bake for 20–30 minutes or until chips are a light golden brown.
