Ingredients
- 1 can (400g Size) Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, Sliced Into Quarters
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- ½ Lemon, Juiced
- ½ White Onion, Cut Into Chunks
- ½ Large Green Pepper, Cut Into Chunks
- ⅓ cups Fresh Parsley Or Cilantro
- 2 cloves Small, Garlic
- ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper, Add More If You Like It Really Spicy
- 1-½ teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoons Mixed Herbs
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Honey
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until you are happy with the consistency.
Notes: Serve this salsa straight away or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
