A recipe for the truly lazy, this takes all of 2 minutes, but tastes amazing.
Ingredients
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Feta Cheese
- 2-½ ounces, weight Black Olives, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Preparation
Put the feta in a bowl, and use a fork to crumble it. Add the other ingredients and stir well.
