Ingredients
- 1-¼ cup Pecans, Halved
- 1-¼ cup Dried Figs, Destemmed
- ¼ cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
- Ground Nuts Or More Coconut Flakes, For Rolling
Preparation
Chop nuts in a food processor, then add figs and coconut and process until blended. Shape mixture into 15 balls, and roll into extra flaked coconut or ground nuts.
