Our first reaction when we tasted this drink was “yum!”
Ingredients
- 1 ounce, fluid Vodka
- ½ ounces, fluid Cointreau
- 1 ounce, fluid Pineapple Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Cranberry Juice
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
- 2 ounces, fluid Champagne Or Sparkling Wine
- 1 slice Pineapple (optional)
- 1 whole Maraschino Cherry (optional)
Preparation
Combine the vodka, Cointreau, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake well. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and top with the champagne. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
