A delicious and easy twist on a classic! Flourless Peanut Butter Blossoms are gluten-free, easy, extra peanut buttery, and extra yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- ½ cups Granulated Sugar
- ½ cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1 whole Egg Yolk, Lightly Beaten
- 1 pinch Salt
- 18 whole Hershey’s Kisses
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat.
Place peanut butter, both sugars, vanilla, egg, egg yolk, and a pinch of salt in a medium-sized bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough onto baking sheet. Bake for about 10–12 minutes. In the last 30 seconds, pull the cookies out of the oven and place an unwrapped Hershey’s kiss on each cookie. Bake for the remaining 30 seconds.
Pull them out of the oven and let rest on the cookie sheet for about 3 minutes, remove them, and continue cooling on a cooling rack.
