Ingredients
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- ½ cups Granulated Sugar
- ¼ cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Large Egg
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
- ¾ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add peanut butter, both sugars, egg, salt, vanilla and baking soda until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheets and space 2 inches apart. Press down each cookie with your hand to flatten slightly.
Bake for 12 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
