    Description

    Well-known French toast fried in eggs.

    Ingredients

    • 3  Eggs
    • ½ cups Milk
    • 1 dash Salt
    • ½ cups Vegetable Or Olive Oil For Frying
    • 1 loaf French Baguette, Sliced Thick

    Preparation

    Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl. Add the milk and salt and whisk well.

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil (add more oil if necessary while frying).

    Dip each baguette slice into the egg mixture then put it into the frying pan. Fry each slice for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.

    Serve hot French toast topped with cheddar cheese and a side of coffee.
