Ultra creamy pesto perfect for spreading on paninis and as veggie dip!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Packed Basil
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ cups Chopped Walnuts
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ cups Parmesan Cheese
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
Puree until smooth.
