Fresh guacamole at its best.
Ingredients
- 3 whole Ripe Avocados
- ½ whole Lime, Fresh Squeezed
- 2 Tablespoons White Onions, Diced
- 2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
Preparation
Peel and pit the avocados. As long as they are ripe this is an easy task. I usually slice them up, put them in a bowl and then just use a fork to mash them because I like to have chunks of avocado in my dip. Add lime juice, onion, red pepper and garlic salt. Mix and mash until everything is well blended.
