Description

This fresh peach and avocado salsa brings out all the flavors of late summer. It’s the perfect salsa for those first weeks of football!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 whole Jalapeño Pepper, Seeds And Stem Removed, Minced
  • 2 whole Serrano Peppers, Seeds And Stem Removed, Minced
  • 4 whole Peaches, Firm But Ripe, Peeled, Pitted And Diced
  • 1 cup Strawberries, Hulled And Diced
  • ¼ cups Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, And Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • Tortilla Chips (optional)
  • Slices Of Crostini (optional)

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, peppers, peaches, strawberries, cilantro and avocado. Gently fold the ingredients together.

In another small bowl, whisk the honey, lime juice, and a dash of salt and pepper together until smooth. Pour the dressing over the salsa and toss to combine. Serve cold or at room temperature with tortilla chips or on top of crostinis. Will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Enjoy!
