Description
Espresso, chocolate and coffee-flavored vodka, mixed together for a delicious frozen dessert shot!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 6 ounces, weight Bittersweet Chocolate, Melted
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ cups Espresso Flavored Vodka
Preparation
In a saucepan over medium low heat, stir together milk, chocolate, sugar, cocoa and spices. Stir until well combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and vodka. Pour into small paper cups (3 4 oz. size) and freeze until the drinks are frozen enough for a popsicle stick to stand up straight in the cup. Continue to freeze until shots are frozen.
To eat, peel paper cup away from the shot and eat like a popsicle!
