Description

This paleo and vegan appetizer takes less than 20 minutes to make and pairs particularly well with its better half, Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries, Sliced
  • 3  Mandarin Oranges, Peeled And Diced
  • 1  Mango, Peeled And Diced
  • ½ cups Pineapple Chunks, Diced
  • ¼ cups Red Onions, Diced
  • ¼ cups Green Onions, Sliced
  • ¼ cups Cilantro, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (paleo) Or Agave Nectar (vegan), Optional

Preparation

Combine strawberries, oranges, mango, and pineapple in a large bowl. Add red onion, green onion, and cilantro. Stir evenly.

Pour lime juice over the mixture and stir evenly. Add honey or agave nectar, if desired.

Keep chilled and covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
