How to make delicious fruit smoothies without yogurt.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Raw Spinach Leaves
- 1 cup Unsweetened Pea Milk
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries Or Another Type Of Frozen Fruit
- 2 teaspoons Raw Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Chia Seeds
Preparation
Put spinach and 3/4 cup of pea milk in a Nutri Bullet. You can also use a strong sturdy regular blender. Blend until liquid.
Add fruit, honey and chia seeds. Blend until well-mixed. You might have to shake the mixture a few times to distribute the liquid. Add remaining 1/4 cup of pea milk later in the blending cycle.
Transfer to a glass or consume it directly if using a personal blender.
