Description
A sweet and refreshing Fruity Mango Salsa. Goes beautifully with rich stews or a perfect snack to serve up with some nachos. Even better, it’s less than 100 calories!
Ingredients
- 30 grams Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 50 grams Red Bell Pepper, Deseeded And Diced
- 1 pinch Coriander, Finely Chopped
- ½ whole Red Chilli Pepper, Deseeded And Finely Chopped
- ½ whole Lime, Juiced
- 70 grams Mango, Sliced Into Small Cubes
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except mango in a small bowl. Stir well.
Add mango last (you don’t want to stir this around too much so it goes mushy). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
