Description
Healthy and super easy breakfast smoothie. It tastes great, too! Sweet fruit combined with earthy nuts and honey.
Ingredients
- 1 Banana, Sliced (Use 2 If Small)
- 1 slice Melon, Peeled
- 1 Peach, Halved, Stone Removed
- 7 whole Walnuts
- ½ cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Honey
Preparation
Put all fruits in a blender. Add whole walnuts. Add milk. Lastly, add the honey—sometimes it sticks on the sides of the blender and you want to keep things easy. Blend it all together and enjoy your breakfast!
