Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cups Butter
- 1 whole Egg
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ Tablespoons Baking Soda
- 1-½ cup Flour
Preparation
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Combine brown sugar and butter. Beat well. Add egg, vanilla, peanut butter and baking soda. Beat on high until creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes. Mix in flour.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Press with fork.
Bake 9 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
These store and freeze well.
