Description
This cold dip is terrific on a variety plate of crackers! Really…give it a try. The flavors and texture are delicious.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces, weight Liverwurst
- 1 whole White Onion (Diced Finely)
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1-½ teaspoon Brown Mustard
- ½ cups Sour Cream
- 3 leaves Fresh Chopped Parsley, As Garnish
Preparation
Open the package of liverwurst and place in a mixing bowl. Using a fork smash and break up the liverwurst. Add diced onions, black pepper, brown mustard and sour cream. With a spoon or spatula mix together well. You can use a hand mixer on low after you hand mix with the spoon or spatula to incorporate ingredients. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. Enjoy.
