Description
A refreshing hint of ginger to a basic pancakes recipe, gives a feel of holiday bliss!
Ingredients
- 1-⅓ cup Milk
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Tablespoon Applesauce
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Ginger
- 2 cups Baking Mix
Preparation
Mix milk, egg, vanilla, applesauce, cinnamon and ginger, and then whisk in the baking mix.
In a greased skillet, turn it on to medium heat. Then, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet. Cook the first side until the top starts to bubble, then flip over to cook the other side. Remove to a plate when done and continue cooking until all batter has been used. This made 8 pancakes. It will vary though based on size.
Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar and caramel sauce. Enjoy this holiday treat!
