Made in a few minutes and tastes like a cookie! Perfect for the holidays and paleo, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Light Coconut Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar Or Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Molasses
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cloves
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
- Coconut Whipped Cream (optional)
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a medium pot on medium/low heat until warm and steamy. If you have a frothing wand, you can use that too.
Divide between cups. Top with coconut whipped cream and slurp!
Note: If you have a blender with a soup setting, you can use that too!
