Ingredients
- 4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 10 Gingersnap Cookies
- 2 teaspoons Tate+Lyle® Honey Granules
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Molasses
- Crushed Gingersnap Cookies And Whipped Cream, For Topping (optional)
Preparation
In the canister of a blender, combine all ingredinets. Blend until reaches desired consistency.
Pour into tall glass, top with crushed gingersnap cookies and whipped cream (if desired), and serve immediately. Enjoy!
