Gluten-free and dairy-free gingerbread pancakes.
Ingredients
- 100 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Treacle
- 100 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- Oil, For Cooking Pancakes
Preparation
In a large bowl, stir flour, ginger and cinnamon.
Beat egg and stir into flour mix. Stir in treacle. Gradually whisk in milk until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a shallow pan over a medium heat.
Add a quarter of the mix into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes on each side. Repeat until you have cooked all the pancakes.
