A refreshing, berry-citrus delight! Packed with antioxidants. Vegan.
Ingredients
- 2 Green Apples , Peeled And Sliced
- 2 cups Strawberries (heaped) , Fresh Or Frozen
- 2 Large Oranges, Juiced
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 2 Bananas
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Add a little water or more citrus juice if you want to thin it down a bit. Pour into glasses and sup away!
Notes: If you don’t like bananas, you can leave them out—this smoothie will still be thick and tasty. For one serving, just halve the ingredients.
